Thinking of you

Everyday I wake up thinking of you,
wishing you were by my side.
This feeling of love must be true,
it's so intense I cannot hide.

This place i'm in, driving me insane,
people that just pretend they care.
My once only love, now my bane,
nothingness in their blankeyed stares.

I thought maybe I needed time,
but now I see all I need is you.
You inspire me to paint, sing, rhyme,
all these things I love to do.

My mind was blocked I felt so stuck,
until I saw your beautiful face.
Now I'm here, again in the muck,
wishing to be back in that wonderful place.

I want to beg you to rescue me,
too much effort to put you through.
Just want you to know that all I see,
is the love that has bloomed between me and you.
